We’re excited to welcome you to Inaka Fusion for the Gathering of the Tribe Wine Dinner on September 27, 2026. The evening begins at 3 PM at Popelouchum Estate with a vineyard tour and refreshing pours. At approximately 5 PM, guests will join us at Inaka Fusion for a special family-style dinner prepared by Executive Chef Drew Quintana, featuring Popelouchum Estate-grown produce, ultra-rare wine releases, and a few special surprises throughout the evening. $175 per person, all inclusive.
